April 2 has been declared the “National Fact-Checking Day”.
Interestingly enough, this “holiday” only came into existence after Donald Trump’s 2016 victory. Of course, the term “fact-checking” has a very different meaning when it is used by liberal companies such as Facebook and Google. Both of these companies’ fact-check programs have turned out to be little more than a way for them to censor and counter conservative content that is published on their platforms.
So, why are these companies suddenly so concerned with silencing conservatives? The reason is that conservatives – chiefly President Trump – have used social media much more effectively than their liberal opponents. Executives at Facebook watched helplessly as Donald Trump used their platform to mobilize his base and secure his victory, and this reality has been a tough pill for them to swallow.
In an attempt to combat the success that conservatives are having online and especially on social media, these liberal-led companies have gone all-out in regards to censoring conservative content – continuing to make it their number one priority even when it hurts their bottom line.
For more details on how Facebook and others are blocking conservative content and why they are so desperate to quell the online success that conservatives have had, be sure to check out the video below.
