Before Donald Trump ran for President, liberals loved him. He only became a bigot, racist, sexist, homophobe when he ran against Hillary Clinton and won. Yep, definitely Hitler. Here’s another thing; if more than half of the country voted for Barack Obama, then it doesn’t make mathematical sense to say all Trump voters are racists.
The evidence of Trump’s racism is precisely 0. He has never once said any even remotely racist thing. The media simply quotes him out of context and reinterprets everything they want to use as ammunition against him.
Now, slandering a president is nothing new. But this anti-Trump hysteria goes further. When they say Trump is a bad person, they are also saying that Trump supporters are bad people. Yes, we know that’s not groundbreaking, but it is unprecedented. Never before has one side gone after the constituents of the opposite party so hard. They even put out a film about liberals killing Trump supporters called “The Hunt.”
This is beyond simple politics. This is pure existential hatred.
Racism is one of the most hated things in our society, up there with rapists and pedophiles. So, when a basket case like Robert O’Rourke gets in front of a camera to say that he just can’t imagine that all Trump supporters are racist, he is calling for violence against you.
