Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez isn’t Funny Anymore — She’s Dangerous

When we first learned that a 28-year-old socialist bartender in New York was going to become a Representative in Congress, we reacted the same way many of you probably did — with laughter.

We also had a theory that the Justice Democrat, who auditioned for her candidacy the same way someone would for a role in a local theater performance, would ending up helping Republicans get elected because she is a sound byte factory all on her own. Her idiotic statements on how farting cows were going to destroy the world was a perfect example.

But now, with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez officially on the job in the House of Representatives (and already asking for a raise), this freshman lawmaker has wildly surpassed our expectations. As predicted, she is supplying dumb statements on a regular basis. But, something else is happening that we didn’t expect — her party is supporting her.

Let’s not kid ourselves here — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is only officially in charge of the Democratic Party on paper. AOC is the real boss. Just watch how party leaders go out of the way to shill for her even when she does something like compare immigrant detention facilities to Nazi death camps.

AOC is making a real mark on the Democratic Party, and it’s becoming dangerous.

Here’s Tim Pool with more.
