WOW: Barack Obama Says Democrats Are Moving “Too Far Left”

Raise your hand if you saw this coming…

Former President Barack Obama, who still refuses to give his number two an endorsement or even so much as a time of day, is doing damage control. Recently speaking to a group of wealthy liberal donors, the former president pleaded Democratic White House hopefuls to tone down the socialism just a bit.

We’re having just as hard of a time processing this as you might think. Remember, it wasn’t long ago when it seemed like it was Obama himself that was pushing his party as far left as the American people would accept. It was his idea to use government power to overhaul the entire healthcare industry, and rewrite the entire book on post-Cold War foreign policy.

But, it wasn’t just policy changes that we saw under Obama’s leadership. The former president changed the political culture of the time as well, and those changes were permanent. He wanted the self-victimized factions of his party to have a louder voice, and they soon took over the party itself.

What we’re trying to say here is that the fact that the modern Democratic Party is as radical as it has become is largely Obama’s fault in the first place. Seeing as how this message is being soundly rejected by pretty much everyone, it makes sense that Obama is rushing to do damage control.

Here’s Tim Pool to explain exactly what happened.
