Ron Paul: Dems Taking the House is a ‘Blessing’ for Trump

President Donald Trump has a talent that far predates his foray into politics. While The Art of the Deal may have been more heavily ghost-written than a James Patterson novel, the fact remains that the tactics detailed within have characterized the president’s entire adult life.

So, the president’s party took a hit in the midterm elections. It wasn’t the bloodbath CNN and its acolytes wanted it to be, but it was a hit. While it’s true that this definitely puts Trump in a more vulnerable position politically, it’s equally true that it provides the president with a viable long-term strategy.

In other words, Democrats taking the House in 2018 may have handed the Republicans 2020 on a silver platter.

Think about it: do you really believe the Democratic House will actually work with the Republican Senate in putting bills on the president’s desk? Or, are the Democrats going to lash out as soon as the next Congress is sworn in, and go all-in on the Russia probe? We’ll let you mull that over…

In the meantime, former Congressman Ron Paul has some thoughts. See why he believes the 2018 win for Democrats is a blessing for Trump and the Republicans in the video below.
