Pulled Hollywood Film Showed Liberals “Hunting” Conservatives

It isn’t very often that Hollywood releases a film that portrays liberal coastal elites as being the villains. “The Hunt”, however, is a film that does just that – and it’s already stirring up plenty of controversy.

In the trailer for “The Hunt” wealthy liberal elitists are seen hunting down poor, rural conservatives for sport. Ads for the film even depict these elitists killing Trump supporters and pro-lifers. The film’s release has since been cancelled.

Right now, it’s difficult to say whether the movie is making light of killing Trump supporters or demonstrating that the left can be just as violent as any other political group. In a way, it’s up to interpretation. However, conservatives who have become all too familiar with how violent the left actually is are finding the film deeply disturbing. “The Hunt” even caught the attention of President Donald Trump, who called the film a “tremendous disservice to our country”.

Regardless of whether or not “The Hunt” is meant to make light of killing conservatives or showcase the violence of the left, it is certainly managing to stir fear of left-wing political violence.
