Bernie Sanders is Being Advised by Truly Radical People

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders is no friend to the right. In fact, he’s about as far away from our political position as it is possible to be. The man wants to eliminate private healthcare (read: kick you off of your insurance), nationalize major industries, and completely transform the most powerful economic force in the world into a run-of-the-mill Euro state.

Believe us when we say we cannot oppose this candidacy enough.

Despite this, Sanders usually gets credit from his rivals for one thing: at least he’s consistent. The Vermont senator has been politically active for a long time, and there are many publicly available videos showing him sounding off on political issues in the 80s and 90s — back when calling yourself a socialist was political suicide no matter which part of the country you were in.

But this is where our strange respect for Sanders ends. On the best days, he comes off as a harmless ideologue that stands no chance of being president anyway. On the worst days, we learn things about him that are truly terrifying.
