Conservative icon Ben Shapiro rips off a wide-ranging YouTube video rant about former Trump aide Sam Nunberg and what makes the “news” and social media lose their minds.
Shapiro, editor-in-chief of the Daily Wire, author, syndicated columnist, Conservative public speaker, attorney and host of The Ben Shapiro, leads with the cable news’ infatuation with Nunberg. The former Trump campaign consultant helped prepare the president for his first Republican primary debate but was later fired and sued by Trump. Shapiro taps into the kookier side of Nunberg, who has been subtly called out as a crackpot.
Posing the question, “Is Nunberg a crazy person,” the YouTube video engages in some must-see LOL undercover work, showing a youthful Nunberg freaking out at a Wrestle Mania event, having been given front row seats by Donald J. Trump. Fast forward and the now adult-Nunberg is shown on fake news media spewing crazed advice such as bringing the parents of the Benghazi Attack victims and former Pres. Bill Clinton’s “illegitimate black child” to presidential debates. At one point, an interviewer says she smells alcohol on his breath.
If anything is true in the political commentary industry, it’s that Ben Shapiro keeps in lively. Using the Nunberg controversy as a jumping off point, Shapiro amps up controversy after controversy with his trademark political acumen.
