Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Doesn’t Understand Taxes, Apparently
The cool thing about progressive politics is you don’t have to know s#it from shinola in order to get involved and make a difference. All you have to do is say that climate change is going to kill everyone in a couple of days, wymen are omniscient queens, men are all eligible for late-term abortions, and people of color own everything.
Okay, that’s a lot to take in. But just remember that all you have to do is support increased taxation for working people, keep in mind that whites, straights, and men are all subhuman creatures who owe their lives to everyone else — and you’re good.
Just look at Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, famously known as AOC. She doesn’t know anything and she’s a freaking member of Congress! You have to admit, that’s really amazing, especially considering the fact that she thinks the government is made up of four chambers. Amazing.
So, yeah — AOC couldn’t argue her way out of a ham sandwich. But that isn’t stopping her from pushing for programs that would tax the neck hairs off of the average working-class Americans. Don’t worry, welfare recipients, if she gets her way, you won’t feel it because you don’t pay taxes anyway.
That’s right, AOC’s ideas would only hurt people who are independent and don’t rely on government handouts. Surely, you don’t know anyone like that. So who cares!
But wait a minute. According to Don’t Walk, Run Productions, AOC might actually be an expert in tax law! Who knew?
Here’s DWRP with more.
