The Press BARELY Covered an Antifa Terrorist Attack
On the morning of July 13th, a man who described himself as being a member of the far-left terrorist group Antifa launched an attack on an ICE detention center in Takoma, Washington.
Armed with a rifle and unspecified “incendiary devices”, the attacker attempted to ignite a propane tank that was attached to the center. He failed, and was later fatally shot by police responding to the scene before he was able to claim any lives. In the days since, though, the media’s coverage of this attack has been nonexistent.
There’s no denying the fact that this attack was inspired by the rhetoric from far-left politicians such as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. In fact, the attacker even borrowed Ocasio-Cortez’s exact language multiple times in the manifesto that he wrote, referring to ICE detention centers as “concentration camps” — a term that Ocasio-Cortez herself infamously used not too long ago.
Had a far-right attacker attempted to kill US officials while borrowing language from President Donald Trump, the story would still be dominating the news cycle. As it stands, though, the mainstream media is ignoring this story and all of Antifa’s terror activities entirely. It’s a sickening double standard and one that shows just how far the media is willing to go in order to shield the Democratic Party from criticism.
Here’s Greg Gutfeld with more on the story.
