It’s no secret that virtually every major figure in the entertainment industry has it out for President Donald Trump. They were all happy to make themselves look like his best friend when he was a reality television host, but all of that history was purged the minute Trump became a Republican politician.
All of that said, there are still some liberal elites who can see reality for what it is. And while rock and roll superstar Bruce “The Boss” Springsteen is by no means a newly converted Trump supporter, he seems to understand something the rest of his peers can’t — there is a very real reason why Americans flock to the president, and it isn’t because roughly half the country is racist.
According to Springsteen, none of the prominent Democrats who are making themselves politically visible have a chance of defeating Trump in 2020, and that the president will likely secure a second term without much difficulty. The world-renowned musician correctly points out that Trump connects to his supporters in ways his rivals simply haven’t been able to — he speaks their language, and walks in their shoes.
