Former Democrat Rep. Van Drew Feels “Liberated” After Leaving Party

You’ve probably heard that the Democrat Party is collapsing. It is, but not for the reasons most people think. Most (reasonable) people who are paying attention believe that the Democrats are collapsing because they are ideologically impaired, because they refuse to cooperate with their political opponents, and because their ideas are a sure road to perdition.

These things have always been true about America’s political Left. They are the party of slavery, the party of Jim Crow, and the party that has always sought to drive the people apart with partisan hooey.

The only reason these things are becoming clear to more and more people every day is the fact that they have to put their whole beings into resisting Trump. They have to because he is gunning for their interests. But more importantly, they have to resist Trump with everything they have because they broke the law in their efforts to thwart his presidency.

Of course, the only real tools they have are rhetorical tools. That is to say, the one ace the Left always has at its disposal is their talent at inventing problems to blame on others. We all know this. So, what we see now is the turning up to 11 of their usual blame and shame rhetorical tactics. That’s why they can impeach Trump in the House and then shy away from impeaching him in the Senate. Real-world results can only stop them from talking.
