Staring into the big, brown, socialist eyes of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is like meeting a puppy’s expectant gaze — a very, very stupid puppy…
So witless is she — so hapless, so vapid and callow — that not even the anchors on CNN can pitch her sufficiently soft questions. It’s like they just glommed on to her campaign because she’s a conventionally attractive woman with brown skin and a Latin surname.
It’s embarrassing because they can’t get her to deliver an answer sensible enough for pundits to help make her look smart, or even marginally competent. Now, it seems like the left is losing that loving feeling for Ocasio-Cortez because they are realizing that they just can’t keep up the act.
A few months back, Ben Shapiro challenged her to a debate and even offered her $10,000 for the privilege of testing her ideas against his. She refused to answer. And when Ben noticed that she was giving him the cold shoulder, she sent out a tweet accusing him of catcalling. It was super stupid.
She wrote, “Just like catcalling, I don’t owe a response to unsolicited requests from men with bad intentions. And also like catcalling, for some reason they feel entitled to one.”
Smooth move, Ex-Lax. That’ll get you out of any debate. Well, reasonable people saw it for the cheap dodge that it was. And now, the left just can’t get excited about Ocasio-Cortez anymore, and they’re probably tired of Googling her name every time they need to spell it.
