Border Patrol Chief BEGS Congress to Take Action

It’s easy enough for Democratic politicians in Washington to claim that there is no crisis at the border when they themselves never have to contend with the consequences of illegal immigration. Those who are in charge of securing our borders from illegal immigrants, though, have a very different perspective. Now, one border patrol agent has taken the time to appear on Fox News in order to plead for Congress to strengthen border security.

The job of border patrol agents has grown increasingly difficult over the past few years, as more and more illegal immigrants continue to flood across the border in record numbers, bringing with them human captives, drugs, weapons, and a whole host of other unpleasantries that border patrol agents are in charge of stopping.

In spite of this growing crisis at the border, though, Congress continues to deny our border patrol agents the resources and supplies necessary to effectively perform their job. The result is a dangerous work environment for these agents as well as a dangerous situation for the country at-large.

Unless House Democrats wake up to the realities of the situation at the border, the jobs of these brave men and women will only become even more dangerous and demanding.

Hear one border patrol official explain why below.
