White “Black Lives Matter” Supporter Steals Microphone from Black Speaker

In one of the more ironic political moments of the year, a white middle-aged male wearing a “Black Lives Matter” t-shirt wrestled the microphone away from a black speaker at an event supporting Pete Buttigieg’s Presidential bid.

The event was meant to push back against the assumption that black voters disapprove of Mayor Buttigieg. However, like many on the left, the white Black Lives Matter activist seemed to have an issue with black voters deciding for themselves who they do and don’t support – so much so that he was willing to make a complete fool of himself in order to get his misguided point across.

This sort of entitled identity politics is certainly nothing new in the Democrats, and telling entire demographics of people how they should and shouldn’t think is bound to result in such absurdities. In fact, a white Black Lives Matter supporter stealing the microphone away from a black speaker to tell them how they should think and vote is actually a fairly good microcosm of the Democratic Party in 2019.
