The Supreme Court’s Ruling on Gun Makers is VERY Dangerous

Recently, the Supreme Court handed down a shocking ruling that now paves the way for firearm manufacturers to be sued if their products are used to commit a crime.

The fact that the Court sided on this ruling at a time when the Supreme Court has a conservative majority for the first time in decades makes this ruling all the more surprising. However, the damage of this ruling goes far beyond the Supreme Court’s evident betrayal of the rights we assumed they supported.

Allowing firearm manufacturers to be sued when their products are used in a crime is little more than a backdoor way of running firearm companies in the United States out of business.

The reality is that these companies – like all companies – have absolutely zero control over how their products are used. It’s also true that people will continue using firearms to commit crimes no matter what is done to try and stop them. This means that firearm manufacturers in the United States now face an endless deluge of potential lawsuits with absolutely no way to stop the bleeding. Worst of all, though, is the fact that this ruling will do absolutely nothing to curb gun violence.

Here’s Ben Shapiro with the details.
