Microsoft Employees Revolt Against Diversity Hiring Policies

We don’t know about you, but we’re huge fans of the film Office Space. What that movie did so beautifully is to illustrate the way a corporate monoculture stifles the humanity of the people who labor under it and that in time, that tamped down humanity will eventually explode the whole system.

This is an important part of the conservative argument. We say that human beings are imperfect, and that society cannot be perfected. It says that human beings are both dynamic and flawed. That means any attempt by other humans to control and curtail human flourishing and human creativity is doomed to either become tyrannical and fail or to simply fail outright.

The left strives to impose its ideals on everyone in society, to steal from those to earn the most in order to appease those who are ordinarily difficult to govern. They also leverage the destructive impulses of the ungovernable to strike fear into those whose labor is taxed. It’s a Faustian bargain with the darkest corners of human nature. And it’s all done under the premise of perfect top-down control.

It doesn’t work in private business any better than it does in government. Here’s The Liberty Hound with one prime example that’s making news right now.
