Did Democrats Learn ANYTHING from Their 2018 Wins?

Every single election has lessons to teach for those who are open to learning them. After the 2018 midterms, the Democratic Party was presented with a valuable learning opportunity. However, it is an opportunity that they have chosen to ignore.

The 2018 midterms showed that American voters were still willing to elect Democrats on the condition that those Democrats were moderate politicians who had not bought into some of the party’s more radical left-wing ideas. All across the country, moderate Dems won their races while far-left Dems were handed stinging defeats. At the same time, Democrats who ran on a platform of real ideas and policies also fared far better than Democrats who ran only on the platform of opposing President Trump.

It should have been a learning opportunity for the Democratic Party. Yet in the wake of the 2018 midterms, the party has continued to shift further and further to the left. Meanwhile, newly-elected House Democrats are using their position of power only to oppose and investigate President Trump rather than working toward legislation that would actually benefit the country.

Unless the Democratic Party wakes up to the lessons that the 2018 midterms had to offer, they can expect another painful lesson to come in the 2020 elections. To learn more about how Democrats are ignoring the lessons of the midterm elections, be sure to check out the video below.
