Trump on Whistleblower Claims: “You’re Going to Look Real Bad After This”

The Left is charging straight into a snake pit with this goofy Ukrainian phone call business. They want you to think that this is the smoking gun that’s going to peel the spray-on tan right off the president — but they are wrong.

Why? Because the court of public opinion is all the Left cares about. If they can keep a controversy alive in the mind of the American people, then they have play. What they don’t understand is that if they don’t have actual evidence of wrongdoing, no court, no committee, no judicial body is going to impeach Trump for a social call to a foreign leader.

If the Democrats can get a majority, they might actually get an impeachment. However, they seem to have forgotten what impeachment means. It doesn’t mean the president is no longer president — it just means he loses some of his reputation in the eyes of the law.

President Bill Clinton was impeached. Just take a moment to absorb that.

Bill Clinton served two full terms after being impeached. So, why do the Democrats think impeaching Trump gets rid of him? The truth is, they know it doesn’t. This is just a way for them to squeal like pigs while retaining a veneer of authoritativeness. They are just working the crowd, and they know it.
