Yale Law Cancels Classes so Students can Protest Kavanaugh
It would seem as if the students and professors at Yale Law are not too keen on the concept of sticking up for one of their own. In spite of the fact that Brett Kavanaugh is a Yale graduate — and in spite of the fact that the accusations leveled against him range from highly questionable to outlandish, several Yale Law professors took it upon themselves to cancel a total of 31 classes so that students would have the opportunity to protest Kavanaugh during Thursday’s Senate hearing.
As if canceling classes for partisan, political purposes isn’t enough, what’s even more concerning is the fact these students and their professors are supposed to be some of the brightest legal minds in the world today. Even though they are teaching at and attending one of the most prestigious law schools in existence, these current and future leaders of the American legal system have taken it upon themselves to protest a man who has not been proven guilty and, at the time of the protest, had not been given the chance to defend himself.
If this is the type of behavior and values that Yale Law is instilling in its students, there is certainly reason for concern. To learn more about Yale Law canceling classes so students could protest Kavanaugh, be sure to check out the video below.
