Why Trump’s Trade War with China is Completely Justified
Many facts about trade, markets, inflation and other critical financial concepts we would all benefit from understanding are hidden from us from an early age.
It’s a truism, a long lost one- but a truism still, among economists that- “Just one in six million will understand inflation.”
But why should that be the case, when inflation is really a simple concept? It’s the basic fact that when money becomes more plentiful, it is decreased in value. We are led to believe from an early age that inflation is a natural process.
Nothing could be further from the truth!
Inflation happens when the government- or other body such as the Federal Reserve- increases cash flow. They tell us that they do it to help normalize interest rates. Do you believe that? You shouldn’t. It’s a bald-faced lie.
The reason governments print money is to decrease the value of the money in your savings account. It is a way to suck value out of money that they cannot touch by any legal means. When your money is worthless, you have to spend it faster.
Well, these and many other reasons are among the reasons that the system has for so long tried to keep real working businessmen out of high levels of government. They don’t want people who understand money to have their hands on the handles of power.
Today, Donald Trump is making things happen with the economy that we previously only imagined might be possible.
