Warren’s Attack on Billionaires Makes No Political Sense

Democrats attacking people for committing the grave crime of making a lot of money, but there’s something especially unnerving when Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren does it.

You see, Warren’s personal life and her self-professed image as this left-of-center working class champion just do not match. As a former Harvard Law professor who raked in a ton of cash outside of the classroom for her legal work, she is a far cry from the soot-covered coal miners many typically think of when they picture progressive revolutions.

Recently, the Massachusetts senator tried to re-invigorate her campaign by staging the typical smears on the most successful people in America — many of which happen to be loyal, life-long Democrats. Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are just two examples.

Throughout the years, Gates and Buffet have been happy to back whatever the progressive cause of the week is. But, with Elizabeth Warren’s perplexing wealth tax on the table for 2020, they’re a little bit more hesitant. Apparently, you can only push so hard before your would-be supporters finally leave you in the dust.

Here’s Ben Shapiro with more.
