UK Leftist MP Calls for ‘Meat Tax’ to Fight Greenhouse Gases

In the United States, leftist politicians ask for some pretty crazy things, and pen legislation that more often than not seems either unnecessary or even outright economically damaging.

In the United Kingdom, leftists take this to the next level — evidenced by the truly head scratching demand coming from a far-left member of Parliament on Downing Street. Green Party MP Caroline Lucas wants to implement on a new tax on meat. According to the delusional lawmaker, discouraging people from eating meat is the only way we can truly fight climate change.

Meanwhile, here in America, socialist Senator Bernie Sanders has called for the country to treat the impending threat of climate change to be met the same way as an armed conflict would be. So, nevermind — leftists are crazy no matter where in the world you are.
