Trump Keeps Decades-Long GOP Campaign Promise — And No One Notices

Since first taking office in 2017, President Donald Trump has managed to deliver on one campaign promise after another. In fact, the number of major promises that Trump has delivered on is truly unprecedented in modern politics.

In spite of the fact that Trump continues to notch one victory after the other, though, the mainstream media has completely ignored his success as a President. This lack of recognition, however, hasn’t deterred President Trump. Now, he’s accomplished yet another major win for the Republican Party.

For years, the GOP has been campaigning on the promise to defund Planned Parenthood, and, for years, this has been a promise that they have failed to make good on. President Trump, however, also promised to defund Planned Parenthood – and now he has laid the groundwork to deliver on that promise.

By making a simple change to Title Ten, Trump may have managed to cut Planned Parenthood’s federal funding without having to go through a Congress that has refused for decades to act. If Trump is successful at defunding Planned Parenthood, it will mark yet another huge win for the President and yet another seemingly impossible promise that he has fulfilled.
