Tomi Lahren Asks Californians How They Feel About Fox News
California is essentially the capital of liberal America — the state supposedly embraces things like openness and tolerance. But, exactly how accurate is this description?
Conservative commentator and Fox News contributor Tomi Lahren hit the streets of West Hollywood to ask residents what they think about Fox News, Sean Hannity and their network in general. Lahren discovered that Golden State residents aren’t so tolerant when it comes to viewpoints other than their own.
One resident that Lahren interviewed accurately pointed out that, in California — “it’s only love and acceptance when your views match their views.” Lahren discovered this truth quickly.
Some of the people that she passed on the streets made snide comments about Fox News before even being interviewed. As soon as they saw the word “Fox News” on the microphone, they made negative comments. Another resident called Lahren “Tami” when she approached him. She pointed out this behavior is not respectful and that she would never call him the wrong name on purpose.
After the interviews, Hannity and Lahren discussed on how many of the people that she interviewed had preconceived notions about Fox News, such as believing that its news reporting is problematic — while also admitting that they don’t even watch Fox News.
