TIME Magazine Just Showed Us How Spoiled Leftists Are

Hard times make hard people, and soft times make soft people. As we continue to enjoy an era where the quality of life is better than it has ever been in the history of mankind, many Americans are growing spoiled on the riches they now enjoy – particularly those on the left.

Almost every day, a leftist journalist publishes an article detailing how difficult life in America has become. In almost every case, the end-product is always the same – a piece of fact-free drivel bemoaning the horrible difficulties of life in America.

These leftist journalists are the media equivalent of a spoiled rich kid who complains about being given Corvette instead of a Lamborghini. From the economy to healthcare to entertainment and everything in-between, our country is prospering like never before. There’s no denying that we still face challenges as a nation, and there’s no denying that many Americans face tremendous individual hardships, but to say that we are suffering as a nation or as a people is absurd.

Of course, it’s much easier for someone to justify their disdain for the United States when they believe that the country is holding them back and oppressing them. The fact that these leftists end up looking like spoiled brats to everyone else in the world is of little concern to them.
