The Washington Post Blames Trump for Causing Hurricanes
The ability for the mainstream media to bend and twist every single event and story to make it seem as if the entire thing is President Trump’s fault is almost impressive. Some things (for instance, massive storms that are outside the control of all mankind) may seem absolutely impossible to blame on the president. Leave it to the “journalists” at the Washington Post, though, to try it anyway.
In a recent article, the Washington Post cited Trump’s stance on climate change as evidence that he was “complicit” in what has undoubtedly been a very eventful hurricane season thus far. By denying that mankind is to blame for climate change, the Washington Post says, President Trump has allowed these hurricanes to form and therefore is the one to blame for their existence.
The amount of mental acrobatics that it takes to reach the conclusion that Trump is creating hurricanes is astounding. For one, even if climate change was to blame for an increase in hurricanes and even if climate change is man-made, we’d like for the Washington Post to name one individual in the entire world that could have done enough in his first year and a half to reverse climate change to the point that hurricanes stopped forming.
Logic and intellectual honesty are not what counts at the Washington Post, though. The only thing that matters is making Trump look bad. To learn more about their latest ridiculous attempt to cast blame on the president, be sure to check out the video below.
