The Funniest Media Reactions To Donald Trump Doing Anything
At this point, the embarrassing lengths that the mainstream media will go to in their efforts to combat Donald Trump rarely comes as a surprise. Their desperate attempts to spin anything and everything in a way that reflects poorly on Trump, however, are often entertaining.
Consider, for example, MSNBC contributor Raul Reyes, who said that we cannot judge President Trump based on his compassionate words and actions toward minorities, but instead have to judge him based on what we know is in his heart. Reyes, of course, then went on to explain that he knows Trump’s heart is full of racism and bigotry, and nothing the President says or does is going to change that.
Another MSNBC anchor shamed the White House for the dates they chose to fly the flags at half-staff after the recent mass shootings, claiming that flying the flags at half-staff until August 8th was a sign of Trump’s Nazi ties since “H” is the eighth letter of alphabet and the date 8/8 stands for “heil Hitler”. Unfortunately, he wasn’t joking.
Media reactions such as this have become commonplace since Trump took office. Rather than damaging Trump, though, all that the mainstream media is accomplishing is destroying their own reputation and credibility.
