Steven Crowder, creator, and host of Louder With Crowder, has created the most successful conservative comedy talk show ever. There are only a handful of comparable shows such as Gavin McInnes’ show on CRTV and maybe The Five on Fox.
We love both those shows. The Five’s Greg Gutfeld is hilarious, and he leads a crew of mismatched, quick witted conservatives who keep the punches rolling while staying on a factual tip. Then there’s Gavin. Not only does he have a beautiful beard, but he’s funny as hell — and more logical than the key to a sudoku game.
But Crowder’s got something going for him that no one else can hold a candle to. Not only is he the youngest of the big time conservative comedians, but he hits as heavy as the best of them- and he and his crew do everything themselves. It’s pretty impressive.
But where Crowder shines, where he makes a big cultural impact, is with his Change My Mind segment.
There is nothing else like it online or anywhere else. Crowder actually goes into political enemy territory and talks with left wing college students about major political controversies of the day.
Most importantly; he is fair, logical, and convincing.
Crowder is making a difference, and he is proving that the real yeoman’s work that has to be done involves talking to people who have different opinions. That’s what free speech is for.
