Steven Crowder Triggers Liberals: “Hate Speech Isn’t Real”

The world as we know it today is extremely hypersensitive to saying the wrong things and making sure that the feelings of individuals are not hurt in the process. One of these areas where there is extreme sensitivity revolves around hate speech.

There is a lot of talk surrounding this topic and also working towards eliminating it. However, when you take a step back, how real is hate speech? Is it even something to really be concerned with?

Steven Crowder recently hit the streets to determine just how real hate speech is with his segment “Change My Mind.”

The ultimate goal of this skit was to have real discussions with people to see if they could actually define hate speech as a concept. There are some people in the video that could not have a rational conversation on the topic, while others were more than open to having an intellectual conversation to try to understand both sides of the argument.

The key takeaway of the video is that we should spend more time getting to know other people and trying to be more open-minded on a variety of subjects, not just when hate speech and whether it is real or not is involved.
