The liberals who run social media are a band of witless creeps who think they have a monopoly on morality and believe therefore that they have the right to smear and destroy anyone who thinks differently to them. Right now, we’re seeing it in spades in the way they are trying to purge YouTube of anyone who has even slightly different politics compared o them.
These people think that the Internet is a place. They think of it the way it is portrayed in cartoons when characters are magically transported into it. They imagine content that scares them to be like actual people in an actual reality who can walk right up to anyone and spook the poop out of them.
They think this way because they have no real standards or morals by which to judge themselves or anyone else. To them, a virtual world is every bit as real as a physical world. That’s a big part of the reason that they play video games so damn much. Their deeply embedded sense of moral a relativism makes a false reality equal to an actual reality in their minds.
That’s why facts don’t matter to them.
