MSNBC Host Loses Cool When Called Out for MSM BS
Pursuing the truth based on facts, reason, and evidence when most everyone else is ideologically possessed, is a bit like being the only sober person at a party where everyone else is drinking.
If you get most of your news from long-form presenters online and from a variety of different articles from people of differing political persuasions, watching TV news is a lot like that too. Frankly, it’s shocking.
Whether or not the age of the rational and objective news presenter may have been an illusion, it is certainly gone now. We have people like Don Lemonhead who come on looking like zombie Johnny Mathis, droopy-faced and say blandly that the president is a racist. We could go on. We have late night “comedy” shows all using the exact same punch lines on the same night as if the public won’t even notice.
And of course, when you call them on their bullhonkery, they lose their minds. They will cut you off, pretend the feed went down — or in the case of Don Lemonhead — they’ll just tell the crew to cut your mic.
But it’s not all lemons. There is still some value in watching them slip on their own ice cubes. When you see news hosts get emotional about points they are used to being patted on the back for, it’s pretty danged telling.
Here’s an MSNBC host getting her cashews handed to her when she thought she was going to steamroll over another guest.
