Liberal Sarah Silverman is a Bigot Too, Apparently

If you’re trying to make it in Hollywood, your acting doesn’t stop when you leave the studio after a long day of work. Professional acting in the age of progressive cultural dominance is a 24/7 gig, and you have to commit to your role.

Part of this role is saying the right things about the right people. It’s why every blue checkmark on Twitter seems to say the same thing about the same news topics, but the people who obviously have a different opinion often don’t say anything at all.

Think about it: Marvel star Chris Pratt has been caught going to church and wearing a Gadsden “Don’t Tread on Me” flag t-shirt. He’s obviously not a social justice warrior, leftist, or anything of the kind. It’s also obvious that he has opinions about politics — but he never voices them. Why do you think that is?

The answer to that is that, if he did, he would never work again. His entire career would end overnight. Progressive producers would refuse to work with him, and the best chance he would have to continue acting is to accept contracts from much smaller companies. His stardom would be over.

The biggest mistake celebrities are making is assuming that, if you earn your stripes as a cultural liberal, you can rest easy. You can’t. Now, with the advent of “cancel culture,” social justice warriors can destroy your career for things you haven’t even done — or things you have done when you were younger and dumber.

The latest victim: Sarah Silverman — who isn’t exactly a raging right-winger. Here’s Michael Knowles with more.
