Kamala Harris Has Her Own “Basket of Deplorables” Moment

California Senator Kamala Harris may have solidified her position as the least likable Democrat running for president right now — and that’s a hell of an accomplishment.

Remember, it wasn’t long ago when Senator Harris fancied herself to be a “top-tier” candidate, as she referred to herself to reporters after being called out by Rep. Tulsi Gabbard. Shortly before that second debate took place, Harris was leading the pack for a brief moment after she successfully virtue signaled herself to the top by taking swipes at former Vice President Joe Biden.

Well, it seems like the party is already over for Harris, and she’s getting desperate. And when Democrats get desperate, they get mean.

In 2016, Hillary Clinton couldn’t fathom how she was having the least bit of trouble gaining traction in the polls. Even though the entire political-media complex had her winning the general election by a wide margin, she was stuck wondering how she wasn’t “60 points ahead” — then she soon found out. After telling her own crowd that supporters of then-candidate Trump fell into what she called a “basket of deplorables,” her fate was sealed.

Apparently, insulting roughly half of the country is a very easy way to lose support. Kamala Harris is about to learn this same lesson.

Here’s Ben Shapiro with more.
