James Comey Admits He Was Shilling for Hillary Clinton
The bias of former FBI director James Comey has long been on full display. Now that he is telling all in his new book and on his ABC News interview, though, we are starting to see just how bias and partisan James Comey really is and really was at the time he oversaw the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
Comey has come under fire for recommending that charges not be brought against Clinton. However, in his book, Comey laments the fact that he made an issue out of Clinton’s emails at all, saying that he should not have described her use of a private server as sloppy since doing so may have cost her the election. He also goes on to explain that the only reason he sent out the letter regarding Clinton’s emails days before the election was that he was already operating under the assumption that Clinton would be elected President regardless and he did not want the new emails the letter detailed to be a cloud hanging over her Presidency.
It seems that Comey gambled that Clinton would win in 2016 and lost in a big way. Now that all the dust has settled, the dangerous bias and partisan actions that Comey took while holding the position of FBI director are on display for all the world to see.
