How Pop Culture Uses Symbolism to Spread Propaganda

As conservatives, it’s in our best interest to recognize the dominance of the leftists when it comes to culture making, crafting narratives, and motivating the weak minded. We should recognize their skill in these areas and attempt to learn what we can from them.

Of course, we will fall short when it comes to lying. We will never have whatever advantage they have in this area, because we do not have anywhere the same numbers of skilled liars — and our best liars are about as good as their worst.

We have the truth on our side, and this gives us advantages that are hard to undermine. Once people realize the truth, the inevitable result is like a ratchet that can only go one direction. But they cover a hell of a lot of ground with appeals to feelings, fear, and childish ideas of reality.

Possibly one of the best ways we could learn to beat their cap handed ideology is to understand how it works on the young, the emotionally incontinent, and the immoral. By understanding how the left persuades adults and keeps the young in juvenile states of mind, we can alert victims and potential victims of the threat of deception.

Here’s Jonathan Pageau on the symbolic manipulation of our culture by the ideological left.
