Homelessness, Disease in California Hits Crisis Levels
Progressives often have a tough time explaining the state of California — and they should. The state is basically everything American liberals want, but it’s a complete hell-hole replete with homelessness, disease, and crime.
In some parts of the state, inner cities are on alert as vagrants run the risk of spreading disease not seen since medieval Europe. That’s right: there are cases of the bubonic plague — which wiped out as much as two thirds of the European population in the Middle Ages — right here in America. Thanks, Democrats.
We’ve reported a lot on the troubles California faces, as well as explored many of the avoidable causes. But there’s something we might have overlooked: what if this is more than the simple fact that the Democratic Party controls nearly ever level of the state’s government? What if there’s another, more subversive reason why California is in the position that it’s in?
