Feminist Gender Ideology is Effectively Erasing Women

Gender ideology – the idea that gender is somehow separated from biological sex – is one of the core tenets of the leftist worldview. However, as much as the left claims to fight for women’s rights, gender ideology is a concept that has been very damaging to women across the world.

Gender ideology erases any differences between men and women. It claims that men can be women and women can be men at will, only needing to decide in their minds that they are a different gender in order to make it so. This ideology removes important boundaries between men and women, enabling men to enjoy privileges that used to be set aside for women such as competing in women’s sports, using women’s restrooms, and more.

When you remove the distinction between men and women in the way that gender ideology does, you create an unfair playing ground for women in a number of areas. In fact, it’s fair to argue that gender ideology erases women entirely. If there is no fundamental difference between men and women, after all, then why have the distinction in the first place?

This is the path that gender ideology has placed us on, and it’s a path will prove to be very damaging for women and our society as a whole.
