If you only get your information from the mainstream media, you probably believe that nearly all homegrown radicalism and the violence connected to it comes from the right. As it turns out, this is very far from accurate.
The Federal Bureau of Investigations has issued a report expressing concern over the radicalism of the far-left — essentially the precise opposite of what the mainstream media will tell you.
Of course, this report comes in the wake of several high-profile violent incidents committed by far-right white supremacists — acts which have been categorically condemned by just about everyone with even a hint of sanity left. Media gatekeepers have gone above and beyond the headlines, however, to suggest that incidents like the one in Christchurch, New Zealand can all be connected to President Donald Trump and his supporters.
Radicalism is a plague on whatever it touches. It can corrupt religion, politics, and everything else. This is why it’s such a problem when those who are in charge of informing us distort what actually happened for their own benefit.
Let’s be very honest about this: almost no one in the media believes there are Nazis marching around throughout the country. No one believes that, because it’s easily disproven. But when tragedies like the one in Christchurch can be twisted to fit a narrative, and that narrative can fill the pockets of a political elite, that’s exactly what’s going to happen.
