CNN Has a Problem with Troops Wanting Trump’s Autograph
Do you remember when the left was anti-war? Maybe you’ve heard of a little conflict known as the Vietnam War. The left was like super against it. A lot of people were. Perhaps you recall the Middle East interventions which have been going on since the 1980s. The left has always been mostly against those as well. Being against wars is kind of a hallmark of leftist politics.
In fact, the left’s strident anti-war disposition is one of the few things that we can respect about them. It’s a hard line pro-human stance that is not limited to left-wing politics. But now, the left is no longer anti-war. Really. And yes, this IS the Twilight Zone.
But why? Because Trump is anti-war, and if Trump is one way — the new deranged left has to be the opposite. Yeah. It’s freaking crazy.
But it proves one thing — the left has totally lost any semblance of sensibility that it may have once had. Ever since Trump announced that we are going to be pulling out if Syria — that we have defeated ISIS and no longer need to be there — the left has turned into a screeching pack of neo-cons.
We’re not kidding. They have turned into a whole tribe of hoodie-wearing Dick Cheney clones. It’s like some kind of weird concept movie based on one odd, magical premise like Groundhogs Day.
It used to be called Trump Derangement Syndrome. Now we think it’s more like advanced syphilis or something.
