Child Forced Into Gender Therapy Against Father’s Wishes

In Dallas, a legal battle will decide whether a father has any say in the decision for his seven year old son to undergo gender therapy. The legal battle taking place pits the boy’s father against the boy’s mother – who has been dressing her son as a girl since he was three years old — and who is currently planning to have her son chemically castrated when he turns eight. To make matters worse, even the little boy himself opposes the transition.

In any other time but 2019, the mother in this case would have been declared insane and her son would have been taken from her. In today’s strange and upside-down world, though, it is the boy’s father who is most at risk of losing his parental rights.

If the court chooses to view this case as a father obstructing a necessary medical procedure, the mother could be given full parental rights to proceed with chemically castrating her own son despite the wishes of his father and the boy himself.
