Ben Shapiro: Repeal the Second Amendment if you Dare…

At one time, the Second Amendment was among the least controversial amendments in the entire Constitution, with cases involving the Second Amendment rarely ever making it to a federal court. Now, though, this fundamental right is under attack like never before.

For the first time in history, some prominent figures are even calling for a complete repeal of the Second Amendment, including former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens.

In a recent New York Times opinion piece, Stevens argued that the best way to push the gun control agenda is a complete repeal of the Second Amendment. According to Ben Shapiro, though, the appropriate response to this terrifying proposition is “do it — I dare you.”

The moment liberals decide to fight for a repeal of the Second Amendment is the moment that they enter into a battle they cannot possibly hope to win. The Supreme Court has already ruled that the right to bear arms is a fundamental, God-given right that would exist even if the Second Amendment did not. The odds of any group successfully repealing the Second Amendment are nil, yet the odds that such a crusade would bury the liberal cause once and for all are extraordinarily high.

Going after the Second Amendment is a suicide mission with zero upsides. For more details on why trying to repeal the Second Amendment would be the biggest mistake liberals ever made, be sure to check out the video below.
