Ben Shapiro Absolutely Humiliates Rosie O’Donnell
Conservative political commentator Ben Shapiro’s ongoing feud with Rosie O’Donnell is showing no signs of calming down — and it’s playing out beautifully.
During an exclusive interview for ‘The Story,’ Shapiro talks to host Martha MacCallum about his latest row with O’Donnell.
Earlier this month, Shapiro faced off against O’Donnell on social media after she posted that she wanted to bribe conservative senators. She offered to give $2 million each to Senators Susan Collins and Jeff Flake to vote against the newly passed tax reform bill.
Shapiro pointed out via social media that O’Donnell violated federal laws with her offer to bribe Republican Senators. He called for O’Donnell to be jailed. After Shapiro’s posts, O’Donnell took to Twitter and sent the following tasteless Tweet: “suck my d*** Ben.”
During the interview, the conservative YouTuber talked about the incident. He said that he reported Rosie to Twitter for targeted harassment. Shapiro also said that after Tweeting that he had reported the posts to Twitter, he ended his Tweet with the hashtag #MeToo — with one of his goals being to see if Twitter had a double standard when it comes to abusive posts.
Shapiro pointed out to MacCallum that had he Tweeted something similar to O’Donnell, he would no doubt would have been suspended for targeted harassment. Initially, Twitter dismissed Shapiro’s reports saying that the Tweets did not cross the line into abuse. After the interview aired, Twitter finally reconsidered and removed O’Donnell’s vulgar Tweets.
