Today, most mainstream media outlets are no longer even attempting to hide their bias. News outlets such as CNN and MSNBC have long had a liberal slant – even if they didn’t admit it. But, ever since President Donald Trump took office, these outlets have shifted so far to the left and focused so heavily on bringing down President Trump that to call them unbiased today would be laughable.
Even the most ardent of leftists can admit that these media outlets are biased, but do they still consider them trustworthy? For the vast majority of conservatives, the obvious answer to this question is “no”. However, more and more Americans from across the political spectrum are now coming to distrust the mainstream media.
If you are a rational and logical person, seeing the media lie and twist stories in order to push an agenda should leave doubts about their trustworthiness – even if the agenda that they are pushing is one that you happen to agree with. Now, even some leftist are starting to come around to agree that the media can no longer be trusted.
