Americans are SCARED to Vote in 2020, Poll Finds

Americans may be anticipating the 2020 election with bated breath, but, according to a new poll, they aren’t looking forward to it. Per a recent USA Today survey, a majority of American voters are facing the upcoming election with a “dominate sense of dread.”

There are a number of different factors that may account for why American voters are dreading the 2020 election so much. The amount of mudslinging and divisiveness that the previous election brought is almost certainly partially to blame. The 2016 election was grueling and exhausting, and many Americans may not quite be ready yet for round two.

In addition to this, though, the clear lack of great candidates is also another likely reason why many Americans aren’t looking forward to 2020. On the Republican side, Donald Trump is all but guaranteed to be the nominee in spite of the fact that there are several Republicans who may end up running against him. On the Democratic side, the options are an old and outdated “moderate” who enjoys kissing young girls or one of the dozens of far-left socialists that he is running against. To say that American voters aren’t exactly thrilled about these options would be an understatement.

Whatever the reasons might be, though, the 2020 election is one that American voters are dreading. Here’s Greg Gutfeld with more.
